If the product you require is not available on the website, you can use the big blue question mark in the what’s new section on the front page.
It only requires a few simple steps to get what your looking for.
1. Click on the Question mark to go into the item.
2. Click on the BUY button.
3. Now click on the CHECKOUT button. Please do not add any other items to the inquiry.
4. Enter your delivery point and cost centre.
5. In the special instructions box, enter a description of the product you are looking for.
6. Click the CONFIRM button.
7. Check your details are correct and click the PROCESS ORDER button.
8. Now you can continue shopping or logout.
Please remember that any cost or charges you see being added during the process will be deducted.
Once our system has processed your inquiry, we will source the product you require and you will be contacted with the details. If you are satisfied we will then add your item to the order and ship it out to you.
